Poor Fetafilter. We have neglected you. Facebook has usurped you. It has slowly squeezed you out. Here is a post to rejuvenate you, to breathe life into you as a last attempt. Don't die, Fetafilter. You still hold the history of our family in your heart.
Here's a video of Ray's new scooter. It was a collaborative effort by my engineering husband, Alan, and engineering son, Andrew. Many may not know that Ray has a neuromuscular disease that leaves him with diminishing Type 1 muscle. He can't walk any distance and usually uses a manual wheelchair. With his new scooter, he can feel the wind in his hair. This must be a great new feeling considering Ray has never been able to ride a bike.
