Drewie-Palooza!!!
There is just so much information to process about this event, that it has taken me over a week to get through it. But here it is!

Last week was the 18th birthday for our own Drew. We had to schedule the actual party for a day later in order to accomidate the vast guest list. We had a truly amazing mix of guests. After a tasty dinner of lasagna, salad, and lots of other yummy stuff, we got down to the actual birthday business. Never one to do things the "ordinary" way, Mrs A. made Drewie this amazing
"Cupcake tower cake!" and this "Cupcake-KABOB!" Drewie was AMAZED! After the traditional birthday song, Drew blew out the candles, (note Mrs A's hand, preventing Drewie from setting himself on fire) then paused to take it all in. Then the cake, ice cream and apple-crisp flowed freely, in spite of the slightly scary apple-crisp.

Once everyone was full, Mrs A. broke out the Gummy Body Parts and the gifts appeared out of nowhere. Drewie opened the first one, and was awed by the sight of this self-propelled tricycle riding skeleton-pop. Who wouldn't be awed? Sven gave Drew a cool rubber bannana that you snap over your cellphone, so it looks like you are talking on a bannana. Not to be outdone, Cass ran and got her Panda cellphone cover, and they proceeded to talk to eachother. One of his favorite presents was this sign, obtained through a secret goverment program by secret goverment operatives. Check out Mrs A. on the left side of that last photo, she was laughing so hard that she near hyperventilated. So a good time was had by all. We simply could not resist the oppurtunity to pose everyone for one group photo.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREWIE!!
