So we are getting ready to go out someplace a few days back. It was a bit chilly out, so Sue tells Tessa to get a sweatshirt for Ted. She does that and helps Ted to get it on. Teddy proceeds to pull the hood of the sweatshirt up on his head, and then tucks the bottom of his sweatshirt into his pants. He walks into the kitchen, Sue gets a look at him and says "you don't tuck a sweatshirt into your pants!" Ted replies that he likes it that way. Sue answers back, "No, you don't do that, it makes you look like a dork!" Like a shot, Tess bolts into the back room, rifles through the bookshelf, pulls out her A Beka Book Co. Health, Safety and Manners 2 book, flips a bunch of pages and begins quoting from the book:
"...you should refrain from degrading or hurtful remarks about the appearance of friends or siblings. Such remarks can leave scars that can last a lifetime..." to which Tess adds, slamming the book shut: "Boy, there must be a BUNCH of really scarred people around here!"
