Photoblog 2!!
Due to the wild sucess of Cassies PhotoBlog! posting last month, I felt I could do no better than to blatently copy it. So here goes:

As was mentioned earlier, Feb. 14 th is Qucakies birthday. The day started out with Sue making a cake. Quackie, always quick to be the center of attention, jumped at the chance to pose with Sue and Chaz. Even before the cake was finished, Quackie could not keep his eyes off of it, staring in awe at the wonderful cake. But being such a wiseguy, it did not take long (once Sue turned her back) for Quackie to get into Trouble. And Andrew, Teddy and the Octopus waited anxiously for the fun to begin. Finally the cake was finished, and the Duck teapot gave his approval. After singing the traditional "Birthday Song" Quackie blew out the candles. The excitement of the moment is captured in this thrilling action shot! Being the birthday boy, Quackie cut the cake. Being a wiseguy, he cut a tiny sliver for Teddy, and a somewhat bigger slice for himself. Never one to disappoint us, Teddy fell onto his cake. Quackie was overwhelmed by his wonderful gifts, a snowman PEZ dispenser, a minature glazed ceramic Mr. & Mrs Noah, and some wintergreen ROLAIDS.

Quackie enjoyed visiting with one of his favorite people J.Jean, who came a bit late due to school but managed to not miss out on the fun. Looking on in the lower left of that photo is Bob, one of Tessa's favorite dolls. Bob had a great time, in spite of his handicap. Chaz, having eaten WAY too much cake, was attempting to "purge", but fortunately his mom talked him out of it. Looking over the aftermath of the party, one can think only: "Oh the humanity!" It was days before Octupus was able to recover.
