Ye Olden Days
Picture: Spring 2002
While discussing with the kids the earlier years of the Anganes family we got on the topic of bedrooms. Everyone now has a comfortable bedroom alone, or in Ted and Ray's case, to share. I reminded Ted that there was a long time (until Cassie was seventeen) where five of the kids shared one bedroom, and Ted was in a laundry basket in my room. Charlie remarked that once one kid got sick, the bug went rampantly through the other kids in a matter of hours because of the tight quarters. Teds remarked, " Just like on the Mayflower!" I was in hysterics over that remark when Charlie said, "No, the Mayflower was less crowded."
